I'm doing a school report and I'm comparing electric cars to gasoline powered cars to see if car dealers should sell electric cars.

I am considering converting my car to electric for commuting. Can someone tell what battery is the most effective for this purpose, how much they cost, and if a hybrid battery for the Prius is available to the public?

I want to begin the project of building an electric car, can someone tell me what the best book to aid in this process. I am a novice.

The electric window to one side of the car has gone dead. It is now stuck in the down position but the other window side works fine though. I checked both fuse locations inside the car and hood but none of them have fuses for the windows. I've even checked the car manual and there's nothing about window fuses or how to get the darn thing up in situations like these. I've even resorted to a pair of pliers to see if I could dislodge it. I'm all out of ideas - please help!
